Could it be a flying type? Sylveon referring to Sylph, those little imaginary buggers that fly in the air, or it's Japanese name that could be related to Nymphs? And it's bows are all blowing in the wind and what not o.e

I think its a flying type, I think this becuause of the eevee chart.
leafeon (grass) is good against vaporeon (water)
Umbreon (dark) is good against Espeon (Psychic)
and Flareon (fire) is good against glacion (ice)
This shows the pokemon across from jolteon has to be either weak or strong againt it so (I'm guessing here) it would have to be flying or ground and it shows no hint of ground.

if you rearrange them around you could argue dragon type:
Flareon beats Leafeon
Jolteon beats Vaporeon
Umbreon beats Espeon
Glaceon beats Sylveon
or Bug type:
Glaceon beats Leafeon
Jolteon beats Vaporeon and Umbreon beating Espeon 
thus Flareon beating Sylveon, these arguments are flawed in this way.

I think Sylveon will be Flying-type. Though the only thing that puzzles me is that if Sylveon IS Flying, then where's the wings???

Can't believe they made a Fairy Type and that Dragon types are weak against them -_- But still that's a way of making the game even more interesting!
