sylveon is flying type cakenalysis
The widespread speculation about a new Eevee evolution recently became a reality with the reveal of Sylveon. It was leaked in an issue of Corocoro magazine then on the Official Pokemon website shortly afterwards. We were given a short video, some official art, and a couple details about it’s physical attributes. But, probably the biggest piece of information that is still shrouded in darkness is what Type that Sylveon will be. After reading some heated debates from around the web and giving it some careful thought, I’ve decided to make my own prediction about which type Sylveon will be:

I didn’t think it would be cel shaded, but I didn’t think it necessary wouldn’t be either. ... read more

Pokemon 6th GEN Speculation and Consideration
It’s been about 8 months since Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 were released in Japan. So, I think it’s time to start cogitating about the next generation of Pokemon (aka 6th GEN). I’m going to discuss some of the current chatter and rumors that are floating around and also some of my own speculations. I believe that 2013 is the year for 6th GEN (or possibly a 3rd GEN Remake). ... read more

Discovering Duck Pokemon PokEdit News
Welcome to the first Cakénalysis: Discovering Duck Pokemon. Today I’m going to be taking a close look at our favorite Pokemon species that closely resemble the Anatidae family of birds (specifically the duck breed). How many duckish Pokemon are there and how many have sneaked past our radar, making their way into our games? Does Game Freak have a hidden duck agenda? Let’s find out by taking a close look at all the possible candidates. ... read more
